Detection status and functionality can change at any time due to game patches or anti-cheat improvements entirely outside our control.
4. All Sales Final — No Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a license key or access credential has been issued, for any reason, including:

All licenses purchased from Woxk Services are for personal, single-user use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key or access credentials to any third party. Any violation will result in immediate license termination without refund and may result in a permanent ban from all Kaos Services services.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute is considered fraudulent. Any chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Woxk Services services. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover losses caused by fraudulent chargebacks.
7. Indemnification
By using our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woxk Services, its owners, operators, and developers from any and all claims, damages, losses, legal fees, or other expenses arising from your use of our software or violation of these terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
Woxk Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
